Auckland, NEW ZEALAND — 15 July 2026 — Livewire AV is pleased to announce its acquisition of Vidcom, bringing together two respected names in New Zealand’s audiovisual and live events industry.
The acquisition ensures that Vidcom remains 100% New Zealand owned and operated, with its experienced team, local expertise and commitment to customer service firmly intact.
All Vidcom staff have been retained as part of the transition, providing continuity for clients, suppliers and industry partners. Existing projects, bookings and customer relationships will continue as planned, and clients can expect to work with the same trusted people they know.

Both Livewire and Vidcom will operate under Livewire AV Vidcom, with further integration and development taking place over time. There will be no immediate changes to current points of contact, confirmed bookings or project delivery.
